What’s your return policy?
All returns or exchanges must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order. Please note store wide sales hosted by Mighty Moose Beard Oil Co. are final sale.
We are not able to provide money back on any product, all refunds are processed as store credit. To place a return, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org, and provide the order # and the item you are looking to return or exchange. Please note, refunds will go back onto a store credit.
How do I place a return or exchange?
Please reach out to email@example.com with your order number and the product(s) you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Can I get a refund if the price has changed?
Sorry, we are unable to honor any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional period as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding!
